Nextalia announces that it has completed Nextalia Ventures’ first follow-on investment, leading the extension of the Series B funding round in Shop Circle, a European provider of AI-based B2B software solutions. The transaction brings the total funding to $100 million. , combining £60 million in equity with complementary credit solutions. European and US investors are participating in the round, as well as entrepreneurial family offices.
Shop Circle is building an artificial intelligence-based software group with a portfolio of high-performance B2B products that power the digital infrastructure of modern businesses. Its tools promote user engagement and conversion, working on both customer interaction and software architecture efficiency for all e-commerce brands.
The funds raised will be used to finance an ambitious M&A growth plan, with several acquisitions already at an advanced stage, and to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence products across the company’s portfolio. The company continues to attract talent and applies the same discipline to its M&A strategy, pursuing only a handful of the more than 1,000 target companies it evaluates each year. Nextalia Ventures’ renewed commitment to Shop Circle underscores its continued confidence in the company’s growth trajectory and strategic direction.
