Support Startupbusiness with a donation or sponsorship

You can now support Startupbusiness with a donation or sponsorship Startupbusiness has been active since 2008 and was the first newspaper in Italy to focus on the world of start-ups, innovation, entrepreneurship, venture capital and related topics. It began as a project initially supported by the Milan Chamber of Commerce and became a fully-fledged start-up in 2010, before the first Italian Startup Act was approved in 2012.

Until 2015, the publication grew independently before being acquired in its entirety by the Digital360 group, with which it operated until July 2024, when it returned to independence. Since 19 July 2024, Startupbusiness has been officially published by Designtech Srl, an innovative start-up and benefit corporation, and publishes its content in both Italian and English to give the widest possible visibility to the Italian start-up ecosystem and to create greater international connections, including by reporting on international ecosystems, as has been the case in recent months with those in Austria, Armenia, Georgia and Hong Kong, for example. In particular, we currently have active collaborations with the Austrian Business Agency, an agency of the Ministry of Economy in Vienna, and with the Hong Kong Scientific Technology Park (HKSTP), of which we have become strategic partners (link), and we actively collaborate with several Italian entities such as the Genoa Startup Foundation and Adnkronos.

Startupbusiness also publishes the Startupbusiness Review newsletter, which is distributed in both Italian and English, and is a media partner for international events such as, most recently, South Summit in Madrid, Reflect Festival in Cyprus, Touch Summit in Tbilisi, 0100 Conference International in Milan, Vestberry Venture Intelligence Day in Prague, Beautiful Work Week in Milan, Climate Tech Frontier Summit in Forest Valley in Milan, and Designtech events and initiatives.

Startupbusiness has always made independence and attention to news concerning the ecosystem its strengths, contributing to its development over the last 18 years. In 2026, Startupbusiness will come of age and continue to be the national and international voice of start-ups and those who work every day to create economic, financial, social, technological and cultural value. technological, environmental and cultural value. It continues to do so in a context that is not easy for publishing and independent journalism in general, even more complex for online publishing and further complicated for a publication that gives voice to an emerging sector that still has plenty of room for growth and which, over the years, has moved from its embryonic stage to one in which it proves itself every day to be concrete, generating real innovation and creating opportunities for development and employment.

So today, Startupbusiness, with its editorial staff and numerous contributors who make the newspaper unique and interesting every day, has chosen to open up to its community of readers and partners and to all those who consider the work we do important and believe it is important to support it with a financial donation or by launching a sponsorship initiative.
