With this transaction, the scale-up, which also operates in Italy with 18,000 customers, reaches a valuation of €1.5 billion

360 Capital and Azimut are leading the investment in the start-up, which already has a presence in Milan, Varese, Monza, Turin and Bologna
The start-up develops AI-based solutions for e-commerce applications, leading the round Italian Founders Fund and Entourage
Increasingly deep tech and impact investments also in ecosystems such as India and North African countries
The French space technology company also receives capital from Bpifrance, Expansion, Karot, Aris and Vertech Finance and is targeting Asian markets
