As last year for its first edition, Startupbusiness is a media partner of Beautiful Work Week 2025, an event dedicated to promoting beautiful work and the regenerative economy, an approach that sees work as care rather than consumption, aimed at unleashing potential rather than managing it, and which seeks to nurture people, relationships and contexts.
Conceived and organised by Cocoon Pro, in partnership with Alef, ALTA, Dual, Otherwise and Quint, BWW takes place in Milan at Parco Center from 11 to 14 November. It is a unique opportunity to explore ideas, methodologies, tools, techniques and visions that focus on the future of work.
The initiative will take place over four days: 11 November opening day with panel discussions and talks; 12 November Global serious games fest; 13 November workshop on the theme of ‘Conversations, intelligence and regeneration’; 14 November workshop on the theme of ‘Technologies that change work’.
Tuesday 11th will be enriched by talks and networking opportunities dedicated to exploring how regenerative practices can be applied in our lives and organisations. Speakers include Gaia Romani, Councillor for Decentralisation, Neighbourhoods and Participation, General Civic Services of the Municipality of Milan; Giordano Apostoli, President of CNA Brescia and Vice-President of CNA Lombardy; Renato Pocaterra, General Manager of Dianova; Alessandra Zagli, Vice-President of Lama Impresa Sociale; Roberta Franceschinelli, President of Lo Stato dei Luoghi.
On Wednesday 12th, the Global Serious Games Fest, a series of experiences and workshops dedicated to serious gaming. A practical approach to understanding how these tools can enhance human systems, breaking down communication barriers and enabling collaboration and co-creation. Among the 12 topics proposed: choices and leadership with SGS-Serious Games System, Gestalt and Serious Games for Change, small habits and Theory U, Lego Serious Play and the hero’s journey, Playmobil Pro for co-creating a vision of the future.
On Thursday 13th, Otherwise, Dual and ALTA will offer three workshops dedicated to organisational culture as a decisive lever for innovation and competitiveness. Through interactive experiences and in-depth discussions, participants will explore how to activate courage, trust and collaboration in contexts of change, understand the potential and limitations of AI, and interpret corporate culture in order to evolve it in a regenerative way.
On Friday 14th, Quint, Cocoon Pro and Alef will offer two workshops looking at the future of work, with a focus on the impact of artificial intelligence on talent management and team dynamics. A day to explore how assessment, performance and collaboration are changing, opening up new possibilities and challenges for organisations and professionals.
