For us at Scientifica Venture Capital, technological depth, intellectual property and the impact that the solution will have on society and the environment, are fundamental values but there is an element of evaluation that is at the top of the list of any venture capital and that is the competence and integrity of the founding team. Our stock option plan is nothing more than confirmation of the importance and value we place on the team and, in this specific case, on our great team. We believe it&#8217;s important to share success with those who help create it, which is why we introduced it.
