Translated and Humans.tech, a company specialising in intelligent interfaces based on artificial intelligence, announce a strategic collaboration to accelerate the development of Translated’s artificial intelligence models<\/strong> and expand their applications beyond localisation to meet the evolving needs of a global audience.<\/p>\n\n

This collaboration will allow Translated’s customers to benefit from faster and smoother integration of its cutting-edge technologies, including Lara, the artificial intelligence architecture for translation. By accelerating go-to-market processes, companies will experience shorter implementation times and greater operational efficiency. At the same time, Humans.tech will have direct access to Translated’s proprietary artificial intelligence models, allowing them to extend these innovations to new contexts and sectors. This synergy promises to bring transformative advantage to both companies, driving greater productivity and adaptability for customers across multiple industries. <\/p>\n\n

As part of the partnership, Translated acquired a 40% stake in Humans.tech, valued at EUR 10 million, with the option to increase it to 51%. <\/strong>This partnership allows Translated to draw on the experience of more than 60 qualified software engineers at Humans.tech, with plans to hire additional engineers in 2025.<\/p>\n\n

The collaboration builds on Translated’s long experience with Transformer, the core generative AI technology first introduced for translation and made commercially available by Translated through ModernMT first and now Lara. As the adoption of generative AI by businesses has accelerated, the demand for customised solutions has increased dramatically. In recent months, numerous customers have sought Translated’s assistance in developing customised AI models that leverage the company’s deep Transformer expertise. <\/p>\n\n

Global data and intelligence platform Statista suggests that global spending on generative AI-based solutions is expected to grow at a CAGR of 46% over the next six years, reaching $356 billion by 2030. McKinsey predicts that by 2027, more than half of corporate generative AI models will be tailored to specific industries or functions, up from 1% in 2023. Furthermore, Gartner predicts that at least 15% of everyday business decisions will be made autonomously by AI within the next four years, up from 0% today. <\/p>\n\n

Humans.tech’s intelligent interfaces redefine traditional conversational artificial intelligence by providing goal-oriented solutions that create deep and productive human-machine interactions. The company was formed a year ago through the merger of two long-standing partners of Translated. It combines the energy of multidisciplinary teams, the innovation of scaleups and the rich cross-industry experience of its members. <\/p>\n\n
