A strategic innovation for the world of precision agriculture, which has already convinced large agricultural producers and attracted the interest of institutional investors.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The recapitalisation was underwritten by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.startupbusiness.it\/en\/lagemma-venture-eur-1-7-million-for-agritech-start-ups\/144283\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Gemma Venture, <\/a>a company belonging to the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo; Creazione Impresa<\/strong>, a benefit corporation specialising in consulting for start-ups; the holding company of the <strong>Salvi family of Ferrara,<\/strong> which is also a Plantvoice customer, having adopted its devices for its own fruit plantations; and a group of other Italian business angels. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;This is an excellent result that allows us to look ahead with confidence,&#8221; <strong>said Matteo Beccatelli, CEO and founder of Plantvoice (pictured), in a statement<\/strong>. &#8220;We would like to thank our partners who have supported us. In particular, I find it significant that among the subscribers there is also one of our customers who operates directly in the field, producing and selling fruit all over the world, and who has installed Plantvoice on both PinkLady apples and Zespri yellow kiwis to correlate the stress suffered by the plants with the colour, shape and appearance of the ripe fruit.
