Datasinc, <\/strong>a start-up specialising in the collection and analysis of large amounts of Italian real estate data, has announced that it has closed an investment round, raising a total of \u20ac750,000<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The capital increase involves the participation of HabiSmart, a proptech accelerator belonging to CDP Venture Capital’s national accelerator network, Apside, a joint venture between Zest and Intesa Sanpaolo, and a private investor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The capital will be used primarily to expand the team, with the addition of new positions in sales and software development, and to invest in marketing and public relations, with the aim of further intensifying contact with current and prospective customers, starting from a solid technological base that has already been validated by the market.Since its establishment, Datasinc has seen growth of over 100% in the last two years and aims to continue this trend over the next three years, thanks to the success of its proprietary Hometrack platform as a benchmark for real estate agencies and the consolidation of its customer base in the financial services sector, with recurring contracts supporting revenues.<\/p>\n\n

Founded by Nicola Chiarini and Francesco Braggiotti, Datasinc was created with the aim of simplifying and streamlining the analysis of Italian real estate assets<\/strong> through profound technological innovation. The company develops proprietary crawling, data mining and machine learning algorithms capable of collecting, mapping, querying and representing complex data in an automated and highly accurate manner. This wealth of data, enriched by geolocation and validated by intelligent systems, enables accurate and timely assessments, reducing time, costs and margins of error. <\/p>\n\n

Datasinc solutions analyse property characteristics such as size, floor plan, finishes, urban context, services and transport in real time, estimating their value, depreciation risks and the impact of critical events, triggering predictive alerts in the event of anomalies or inconsistencies in the data. The system stands out for its high level of data robotisation and continuous learning capabilities, offering advanced support for decision-making processes in the real estate, credit and insurance sectors. <\/p>\n\n

Over the coming months, Datasinc intends to consolidate its position as an operator for corporate companies and professionals working with real estate and credit data in Italy, while also strengthening its position at European level.<\/p>\n\n
