Facile.it announces that it has acquired Pao, owner of the Pratiche auto online portal, thus completing a new operation to enhance the services offered to motorists.<\/p>\n\n
Founded in 2022 by Edoardo Guglielmini and Sandro Borella (pictured) within Offdigit, a start-up studio specialising in the development of digital products, Pratiche auto online is a start-up based in Treviso that offers a digital intermediation platform to simplify and streamline the management of car paperwork for private individuals. Created with the aim of reducing bureaucracy, waiting times and costs associated with traditional services, while maintaining a link with the local area through a network of partner agencies, Pratiche auto online offers a predominantly online user experience. <\/p>\n\n
Thanks to the acquisition, the value of which has not been disclosed, Facile.it will be able to expand its offering to consumers while enhancing the services available through its physical channels, starting with the more than 70 Facile.it Stores located throughout Italy. Pratiche Auto Online, on the other hand, will be able to count on the strength, investments and technological expertise of the Facile.it Group to expand its network of partners and develop new digital services aimed at both agencies and end consumers. <\/p>\n\n
