The main theme of the meeting is research, data and business coming together on three key issues: data-driven agriculture, health as a structural driver of consumption, and resilient supply chains, as Enrica Gentile anticipates: “Seeing the fields live, planning interventions remotely and measuring their effectiveness is changing everyday work: it is a long process, but one that is already underway in the most prepared companies.”
The clinical-scientific perspective focuses on personalisation and everyday life, says Maria Rescigno: “The microbiota interacts with the immune system: the real revolution is personalisation. There is no such thing as healthy food in absolute terms, but rather food that is healthy for you.”
On the consumer side, digital technology enables informed choices and less waste, emphasises Nicola Lamberti: “From curiosity to value for money, what builds loyalty is awareness of impact: every daily choice can reduce food waste.”
The event is scheduled for 6 October starting at 7 p.m. at the Park in Milan, located at Via Ambrogio Binda, 30.
