ViteSicure, first tranche of the Serie A worth €2.5 million

ViteSicure, an insurtech company operating in the life and personal protection sector, has announced that it has closed the first tranche of its Series A funding round, raising €2.5 million, with the aim of accelerating the implementation of its growth plan.

In addition to the existing shareholders making a follow-on investment, two new strategic investors are participating in the transaction: Ad4Ventures (Mediaset), the MFE Group and Net Insurance, the insurance company of the Poste Vita group.

At the same time, SAFEs totalling €2 million were converted into equity; these had been subscribed to in 2023 by CDP Venture Capital (through the Rilancio Fund), Apside (a joint venture established by Intesa Sanpaolo and Zest), Reale Group and a network of business angels.

The transaction comes at the end of a financial year in which ViteSicure reached break-even and posted a positive EBITDA at the end of 2025, confirming the sustainability of its business model.

Over the past four years, the company has built up a substantial portfolio in the life insurance sector, with financial indicators demonstrating a high level of efficiency in the use of capital raised.

The new resources will be used to strengthen the company’s presence in the Italian market by expanding its distribution channels, upgrading its technology platform with a focus on AI, developing new products and increasing investment in marketing and branding.

Eleonora Del Vento, CEO and founder of ViteSicure, said in a statement: “The early closure of the first tranche reflects the strength of the results achieved in 2025 and our commitment to accelerating growth. The entry of industrial partners such as Ad4Ventures and Net Insurance, together with the strengthening of existing investors, enables us to enter the scaling phase with a more robust structure and new avenues for commercial and distribution development, supported by the enhancement of our technological platform, including through AI.”

Alessandro Turra, CMO and founder of ViteSicure (pictured here with Del Vento), adds: “Over the past twelve months, we have significantly improved the efficiency of our customer acquisition activities. The partnership with Ad4Ventures now allows us to extend this model to large-scale media channels, further strengthening the brand’s visibility, not least to facilitate the development of partnerships, as we are the only ones to have a plug-and-play platform for embedded insurance in the life and protection sector.”
