Cantiere Savona, the innovative startup that designs and builds solar-powered luxury yacht, is the first closing on StarsUp, the #1 on-line portal authorized by Consob (the equivalent of the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US) for raising venture capital for innovative startups.
The collection target of 380 thousand euro for a 20% share of the company was achieved in 170 days with 44 new members, including two “professional” and, so far, is the most important campaign completed on-line in its genre.
