Finanza.tech, a fintech company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Rainmakers, a firm specialising in open innovation and venture building, with the aim of pooling expertise, networks and complementary services to support the growth of start-ups, SMEs and innovative businesses.
The agreement stems from a shared desire to build a bridge between innovation, entrepreneurship and finance, leveraging each party’s areas of expertise and putting them at the service of their respective networks.
As part of this partnership, Finanza.tech has identified Rainmakers as its key partner for activities relating to the start-up sector and for innovation projects aimed at the corporate world. Drawing on its experience in open innovation, venture building and engagement with businesses and emerging start-ups, Rainmakers will support Finanza.tech in developing initiatives focused on business transformation, the launch of new projects and the creation of new business opportunities.
At the same time, Finanza.tech positions itself as a preferred partner for corporate finance and financial advisory services. By combining specialist consultancy, proprietary technology and advanced financial services, Finanza.tech will support start-ups, SMEs and innovative businesses with financial planning, access to credit, fundraising, management control, relations with the banking sector and special financial transactions.
