iDooo, investment holding company specialized in seed and early stage investments in innovative companies operating in the Digital Media market, has been represented by LCA – Lega Colucci e Associati’s team composed by Mr. Giovanni Lega, Mr. Andrea Messuti and Ms. Alessia Ajelli, in the acquisition of the majority of the share capital of 2Music S.r.l., holding of the Kiver’s Group, from Mr. Gianluca Perrelli, Managing Director and Co-founder of the Kiver Group, and from the Venture Capital Fund Digital Investments SCA SICAR. Mr. Perrelli has been represented by Hilex’s team composed by Mr. Leonardo Proni and Ms. Martina Monico; Digital Investments SCA SICAR has been represented by Bird & Bird’s team composed by Mr. Massimiliano D’Amico and Ms. Michela Borin. The transaction has been structured partially as an acquisition of shares and partially as an investment of iDooo in the Kiver Group for new business developments in the web and digital communication world. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
