Italian startup Viamente sold to US company for 4,5 million dollars

Viamente, the startup that has developed a system to optimize the management of routes and paths to make more efficient the work of those involved in logistics, today announced that it has been acquired in full by a company based in the U.S., a group that deals with logistics and that was already a customer of the Italian startup,
Viamente, last year was funded by dPixel (Digital Investments portfolio), Boox and a group of business angels. The buyer paid $ 4.5 million in cash for 100% of Viamente which was created thanks to the work of Antonio Perini, an engineer at the Polytechnic of Milan.
The company has headquarter in Milan and, for the moment, is not moving to USA.
