Mosaicoon gets 2,4 million di euro from Atlante and Vertis VC funds

Mosaicoon gets a second round of venture capital investement of 2.4 millions of euros. The investment led by the found Atlante Ventures Mezzogiorno and Vertis Ventures, is the second round of Venture Capital for Mosaicoon. The first round, started in 2010, allowed the Viral Media Company to increase 5 times its workforce and multiply its revenues every year.

The financial operation was followed by Bird&Bird legal advisor studio in Milan.
The funding allows Mosaicoon to expand internationaly and develop new services related to creation, distribution and monitoring of viral campaigns.

Mosaicoon is one of the first european companies to develop an integrated model for on- line viral advertising campaigns. Mosaicoon, founded by Ugo Parodi Giusino, has a specific know-how in strategic and creative thinking. The company also owns 2 propetary software platforms (Plavid and Tracking) aimed at distributing and monitoring advertising campaigns with a network of over 90 milion users worldwide.

In 2011 Mosaicoon was mentioned between the 20 most innovative companies in Italy in “Fattore Internet” report produced by Boston Consulting Group for Google.

In 2012 the Viral Media Company was awarded the best StartUp of the year and the company with best internationalization potentials by UK Trade&Investment. The same year Mosaicoon won Israeli embassy prize start-Up Nation where it was awarded one of the 9 best startups in Europe.

Between 2011-2012 Mosaicoon acquired over 50 international clients, developed its headquarter in Palermo and opened 3 more offices in Milan, Rome and London.
