Vivocha closes 1,5 million euros deal with Italian VC Vertis and Principia

Today Italian startup Vivocha announced the closing of a 1,5 million euros deal with Vertis Venture and Principia II, two leading Italian VC , both focused on investment in South Italy. Vivocha, born at the beginning of 2012 as a spin-off of Reitek SpA, offers an innovative multi-channel platform of Online Customer Interactions.

Enter the Board of the company next to Daniele Barki (Reitek SpA – Chairman), Federico Pinna (co-founder and CTO) and Gianluca Ferranti (Co-founder & CEO), Renato Vannucci (Vertis Venture) and Marco Magnocavallo ( Principia II).
